Full Journal pdf2022-05-18 House Journal Page 3114 SB 131 Representative Tuck moved and asked unanimous consent that the House consider the Senate message (page 3113) on the following: SENATE BILL NO. 131(title am) "An Act relating to the presumption of compensability for a disability resulting from certain cancers in firefighters." and HOUSE CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 131(FIN) "An Act relating to the presumption of compensability for a disability resulting from certain cancers in firefighters; relating to the payment of workers' compensation benefits in the case of 2022-05-18 House Journal Page 3115 permanent partial impairment; relating to the payment of workers' compensation death benefits; and providing for an effective date." (HCR 19 - title change resolution) There being no objection, it was so ordered. Representative Tuck moved that the House recede from its amendment and recommended that the members vote no. Representative Spohnholz placed a call of the House. The call was satisfied. The question being: "Shall the House recede from its amendment?"
